How much does home support cost?
Our starting prices are £30 per hour for daytime visits, £200 for a sleeping night, £300 for a waking night and from £2,500 per week for live-in support. We'll talk through exactly what you need at your free assessment.
Is the care assessment really free?
Yes. We visit you at home for a free, no-obligation conversation about your needs, routines and preferences, and recommend the support that would suit you best. There's no pressure to go ahead.
What's the difference between a sleeping night and a waking night?
On a sleeping night, a carer stays over and sleeps, but is there if you need them during the night. On a waking night, the carer stays awake all night, ready to help whenever needed. It suits people who need regular support through the night.
Are your carers checked and trained?
Yes. Every member of our team is fully trained and DBS-checked, and supported to deliver consistent, high-quality care. We also follow safer recruitment, including references and right-to-work checks.
Can the support change if needs change?
Of course. Every care plan is built around the person, and we review it regularly so it keeps meeting changing needs.
